I am the heart and hands behind Lou's Little Cakes. I design, bake and decorate all cakes for the business. When I'm not creating beautiful cakes, I'm researching them or looking into new techniques I can add to my portfolio. I'm extremely passionate about my business, I've nurtured it for a over a decade and so making my clients happy is my top priority. When I'm not working I love to travel, spend time with my family and love good food, wine and music.
